This obviously implies a greater anabolic potential
It also stands w/ the finding of the PGC1alpha isoform I've posted about (myostatin inhibiting/igf1 promoting) being greatly increased following a cardio then weight training regimen as well (because of greater glycogen depletion)
The potential for much increased anabolism by doing cardio first is there
However, of course I'm sure this is all just that "looks good on paper" type of thing and doesn't have real world applicability. I simply posted because I thought it was kind of interesting.
