Technically 9 rounds total of each movement, 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 being the amount of reps of each exercise you need to do per round

You were right about it being ridiculous cause i felt pretty sure at first haha. My bicep still a little tweaked from the muscle up wall balls so didn't lift very good today.

Max lift today was only 165. Worked more on form than anything. The jerk from the rack position is weird for me, i need to get a grip like im going to press it or i'm fucked.
Can't jerk it with the bar on the finger tips like most people.

Just something i gotta work on for the future.

Ya I get the rep scheme brody :P , I'm asking if you did Bear complex only once per round or was every rep included a Bear complex ie. On the round of 10, did you do Bear complex 10 times

Just me and Kevin in while the gym was closed. He wanted to destroy legs so we came up with this
5 rounds
15 body weight squats
10 135lb lunges.

Finished in 19:01. My legs and ass are destroyed. Coulda done a lot better but just tried keeping a steady pace

AMRAP WITH 99.7% HUMIDITY! That's what you get with like 2 months of straight rain..

20min AMRAP
400m Run/Row
15 pull ups
30 pushups
45 squats

3 rounds and a 400m run.

The humidity made it impossible to breath, it was like working out in a sauna. Couldn't take a deep breath, it was horrible.

10 kettlebell swings @ 53lbs
10 24' box jumps.

Got 9 rounds and 2 press's in the 20minutes. Adding in the humidity, literally could not breathe. It's starting to get ridiculous.

5 rope climbs
50 hang cleans @ 135lbs.
150 push ups
50 toe to bars

Finished 22:58. This sucked, shoulders were done after the cleans and pushups. Jumping to a 9 foot bar to do toe to bars are horrible.
