What kind, though! You need to check the types of B-Vitamins! B12 is a big one. If it says Cyanacobalamine(sp?) then you're doing it wrong. ;)

b's are depleted very quickly and multivitamins are good at preventing deficiencies, but not great when it comes to supplying any one nutrient
