Update
Last contest was July 9th. Stage weight 160lbs
Monday after I started loading 20g creatine for 5 days. That plus the post contest binge put me at a scale weight of 175lbs!
I stayed on my dieting numbers but decreased cardio... I started to lose some bloat and finally came back down to a soft 168lbs by the end of that week
Slowly upped calories for the following week, but by the end of the week had some nasty binges again! (u guys remember.. 32oz of icecream in one sitting :{ )
results.... a bloated 180lb me. Upped total calories again and stayed on till last night which led me to shedd off some more water/bloat to 170lbs.
Last night went to the movies... popcorn

peanut m&m's, cookie dough..... Ended the night with 2 mcchickens & a reeses icecream! Morning weight 178lbs DOH!!
So yesterdays AM weight of 170lbs... today 178lbs and 3wks post competition. It actually is really supprising how mindf**king my appetite is. But with my metabolism still creeping, I need to restrain as much as possible.
Once I get my metab rebuilt to normal, Things will probly settle a little better, but for now still have to kind of stick to a slight diet with few slip ups here & there.
I took some 3wks post comp. pictures today, and damn, I am a sloppy mess. I wasnt going to post them, but it is wat it is.
170 yesterday, 178 today in these pics so definitely holding some water / food in my belly. & also on dat dere creatine.
