i have a big frame and the beginnings of a nice build. just too lazy to develop myself.

started smokin darts again recently so thats a step back :)

Scrawn can bench press 225 but only d/l 250? Lol 1st day i d/led i was able to lift that

And to be realy honest only your bench is not bad for your weight but youresmall so it helps

Bro i dont even try to dl that was the first time i tried it in a while, i could prolly get 350+ if i did it for a few weeks...

Look at my chest, the numbers im claiming arnt really that ridiculous lol...
