Pull ups/Lat Pulldowns (lvl 1, 2, 3) -10x10

i know im not cmburns, but back and chest on the same day is dumb, do chest on its own day and back on its own day, definitely dont do together, and definitely dont alternate muscle groups if you MUST do them on the same day. Do bench and incline then rows and pulldowns, although you really should be doing deadlift on back day.

Doing 2 big muscle groups in the same day is only effective if you're doing full body routines with WAY less sets to do. And the results are not the same.

10x10 isnt something easy to do. Stick with the splits and rules.

And at the very least, if you don't deadlift on back day, at least do lower back extensions. The lower back muscle is one of the most if not THE most important muscle in your body.

Those I do... And good mornings, gotta get my back strength back up. I can tell it's gonna take for damn near ever to get back to even 75%.

Something like that. But really something more like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHMMgJBUWh8. A little faster, a little heavier ball and a shit ton more damage.
