Only reason I haven't been trying to gain weight lately is because I have to cut down to 133 for wrestling which starts next month else I'd be like 150 solid now...


wrestling can cause injuries easily, that shows the breaks you had from pumping :P with breaks you can get strong easily ^^

Wtf speak english lol and I've never been seriously injured in wrestling aside from broken fingers/my nose and dislocating my shoulders a few times.... If I actually was able to lift heavy and eat a fuckload during wrestling season I'd actually be a lot bigger and stronger than I am now.

Btw I deadlift without gloves or straps cuz I'm not a pussy

HI FAKER, do i have to explain to you thats impossible when lifting 130+ kgs (or maybe 180+ kgs for peoples like cutler because hes hand is big as hell)

Its called having a good grip and strong forearms idiot

I never use straps and never will. If your grip isn't strong enough to hold the weight then you shouldn't be doing it.

my hands slipped at 80 kgs in old days when i were without straps, and no i did everything to lift with a great grab

kid, my forearm is just as big as my overarm at posing because of all the lat pull downs and multi muscle exercises. learn to flame thanks
