Raynor,

When I wake up at 6:00 AM, i find it difficult to eat a big breakfast ( like i would like) because I do crossfit at 7:00 AM and I go to class at 8:00 AM

My question is an apple and peanut butter enough to keep my body from going catabolic on itself? I take a whey protein shake with water immediately after my crossfit training.

Yes! Especially Florida Avocados (sometimes known as slimcado)

Yes that would be fine.

Quite frankly, I would advise at least 5-10g BCAA to go with your apple and peanut butter if possible.

Hey raynor, what supplements would you recommend for working out generally?

Currently I'm taking
- whey protein
- AOR ortho core multi vitamins
- melatonin for sleeping

How are backs best stimulated?

I.e. when doing deadlifts, should I even be doing hypertrophy?

Thoughts on fasted cardio as a way to cut? Looking to retain as much muscle as possible.

Also, what are the best types of cardio to do fasted? Obviously I should run some bcaas while doing it, and how long will suffice?

1. You MIGHT have support muscle issues, but I doubt it. You probably need to work heavily on form. Stick with a weight you can do for 8-10 reps (unassisted) and go as SLOW as possible on each rep and focus on form. In addition, you might want to start training chest 2x per week instead of 1x. This will give you additional volume and allow the chest to grow faster if it's just being stubborn. If after a few weeks you see no changes, come back and get me.

2. To know if you have asthma, the easiest way is to SEE YOUR DOCTOR. I can not stress this enough, go to the doctor asap and get a diagnosis.

I have asthma since im a child and I was wondering if it affects my lifting ? And is there any way i can make it go away?
