thats some good shit, keep at it bruh. once you get leaner though towards the 10% range, thats when it gets hard. Not just the cal wise, but the mental aspect. You feel like your already lean and you lose a lot of motivation to keep going. When my finals done though iama get back on the wagon, drop down to 180 and hit 9-10% bf

i cant picture myself at 10-11%, im really excited and will do whatever it takes to get there because i just cant wait to bulk. i can put on weight/muscle quite easy i feel. and im gonna bulk the right way with a slight surplus...i cant fuckin wait lol its gonna be like christmas 24/7 when i get to bulk knowing i can put on mass rather than being in a deficit

heh, thats the hard part iam gonna have to learn while i finish my diet after my finals. when your not constraint calorie wise thats when its hard and i am finding out first hand this week lol... (eating ice cream on waffles atm :D) this weeks probably gonna take me 2-3 weeks to recover, but its worth it. cant be thinking about food during exams

yeah ik what u mean bro i love food lol. finals are a bitch. i have to write a persuasive speech for a final on why i think people should weight lift lol if anyone wants to help pm me :P i need 2 main points :D
