yea soy sauce is shit ton of salt regardless.. thats the problem with IIFYM, sodium on "junk" foods are execessively high..
i have finals this week so i am taking a week off dieting (been 15 weeks alrdy, lost about 32~ pounds basically done done alrdy with 6 pack back and stuff) and just been eating whenever and whatever i want. Been trying to keep it clean as possible but have had pizza and waffles and all that good shit..the bloating is retarded lol, probably gained 15-20 pounds from water weight
