i agree. I mentioned it solely for the sake of the argument. it is especially unimportant when you have such little muscle mass like i do.

i personally give a shit. but i feel i would be happy at 10-12% because i'd be way more cut...its just an estimate idk

i understand but im just assuming at 10-12% i'd be happy with that degree of cutness.

of course i can be "cut" at another bf fat %, but im assuming i'd be happy around there enough to start bulking, but i do agree, dont really need a % i guess.

try to avoid too much sodium, sodium can cause a lot of water weight gain over the night as i've experienced..in 1 week, not only did i not lose any weight, but i actually gained 4 lb while i looked noticeably leaner..

id eat the same foods everyday if you can stomach it, gives a way better reliability source and use ms dash (no salt in that bitch)

for the most part i usually do eat low salt, but sometimes i like to switch things up and use soy sauce. even tho its "light" that shit has a fuck ton of salt. regardless, i need to up my water intake ALOT. gonna start drinking like 4 blender bottle fulls a day probably more

yea soy sauce is shit ton of salt regardless.. thats the problem with IIFYM, sodium on "junk" foods are execessively high..

i have finals this week so i am taking a week off dieting (been 15 weeks alrdy, lost about 32~ pounds basically done done alrdy with 6 pack back and stuff) and just been eating whenever and whatever i want. Been trying to keep it clean as possible but have had pizza and waffles and all that good shit..the bloating is retarded lol, probably gained 15-20 pounds from water weight

yeah ik what u mean. im a believer of "IIFYM" but i hardly eat anything bad. no junk food really. only shit processed stuff i eat is cold cuts but its the low sodium lean ham etc. but if i get food out now its usually just KFC and i make it fit my macros and its not that often. parents orderd chinese food and i actually turned it down for once, really starting to tighten up my diet since im happy with what im seeing. i dont pig out on the stuff like KFC when i go out, its just a reasonable portion to satisfy my hunger
