Yeah scales aren't too reliable. Imo measure your gut with tape, that should give you some indication.

I think I might give 2350 another week or two, then cut it to 2200-2250

I'dk I had 2500 cals, I set it there like lightman said and now I'm at 2350 cals, I just don't know when to drop further. What he said to do is workin pretty sure I just had to give it a little more time I think. I just don't know when to drop again. I'm on my phone now so Im gonna take a bit of time to respond.

If weight stagnates for a full week, drop another 100. Weigh ins should be timed accurately to get a reliable picture.

your weight can fluctuate greatly over the course of a day due to things like food and water consumption, excretion of shit, CHO consumption, temperature and rates of sweating, etc.

someone might see fluctuations of up to 5-10 lbs between morn and evening
