I recently started playing rugby. I was 175 lost 20 pounds in 3 months.. i run 2 miles every day but i can't seem to get a six pack.. i do eat healthy for the most part.. any advice?

Start here by being honest, unless you've got some monster legs, you are lighter than 155 lbs, post in the actual section, SKCRaynor won't answer any questions soon/ perhaps never.
