That was in winter, and I'm not sure I got pics of abs. I took one of back because it's what improved the most. Will look for it though.
So no pic of 6 pack @ 225lbs?
Seriously, and this goes out to everyone, stop trying to excuse your compositions with lame excuses.
It's possible to have perfectly visible 4 pack and still have no striations, and 15% BF still. I was a prime example at 14%.
You can have a perfectly lean back and still have high %BF. That's because the absolute majority holds their fat at the center of mass. Your back isn't the center of mass, unless speaking of the lower region exclusively.
Reaching real visibility of the last two segments of the abdomen is extremely hard because it's the closest muscle group to the center of mass, and the deepest muscle connecting to the pubis.
The probability for anyone to have 10% without 6 pack visibility is slim to none. Even holocaust survivors famine-struck had visibility at that point.
The probability to have 12% with no ab visibility at all is 0.
I honestly don't really care what imaginative percentiles you give yourselves, just keep to fooling yourselves exclusively instead of trying to convince others.
