Just got the kre-alkalyn creatine. the label says that no loading is required. is that correct? and do i need to take it with grape juice? im starting keto and grape juice is a no-no. your faq lists Optimum Micronized Creatine Monohydrate as the recommended creatine as of nov 2010, but iirc you now recommend kre-alkalyn instead

also, i started cardio for the first time in a while. after 2 min of jogging, i felt some pain between my belly button and ribs, roughly where my top 2 abs are. about 1 minute after i stop jogging, the pain goes away. i ate 2 hours before this, drank 20 minutes before this. what is this pain? just sore abs? or is water bouncing around my stomach?

I've got a question regarding a uncircumcised penis....

So when I get a full out erection the foreskin seems to get stuck so to speak on the top of the head? I've read that it's called phimosis but I don't think I have it but anyways I've been reading around that it's possible just to stretch the foreskin out and naturally it'll fix itself. Growing up I was never told about stretching it out and stuff (Wish I was) and I've never seen the head of my own penis :(
How should I approach this?

My question is, is this my cuttin cals? Also, do i eat the 2070 on workout days only or everyday? I have figured it up several times and somehow came up with 1750 calories for cutting earlier while taking in 1950 on workout days. Anybody can give me some input as to why i'm so confused? I'm on my 6th day of keto right now, maybe i'm going full retard i'm not sure.
