I'd have to get lower than 12% for those lol. To be fair 12% and 210lbs are just arbitrary numbers, but it's a rough estimate I have based on the speed of cutting, current weight and etc
For me to have the full 6 pack I'd have to get pretty damn low lol.. the way I hold fat is more extreme than the average male. For example I was actually posing with a buddy today (he wants to do shows, etc).. we were just posing and whatnot, few people around and everyone comes to agreement that I have him by a good amount in terms of how ripped our backs are. The thing is though he has a solid 5 pack lol. The 4 are split and show good definition, the bottom one is just a long one and doesn't have the middle split but yeah.. just an example, although most people on here already know this.
