So I feel like the reason I am always tired/sad mood swings/problems gaining weight is due to my thyroid.

Would you agree?

Yes, i'm very interested. I'm getting married in 4 months so just trying to get back into shape before the weeding. It's been rough this past few years due to work etc. Now i have some time on my hands.
Would you like to tell me what to do exactly in the CKD, maybe put a meal plan for me or anything. Also Shakeology is :

I have done some reading, but I was curious as to your thoughts on or experiences with melatonin; primarily, though, yes/no to taking it, its long-term side effects, whether its of any use to those without any major sleep problems, and just anything you feel is important to know.

On your hypertrophy routine. How long would a typical leg/ shoulder and abs workout last. Including Just the work sets and the warm up for each exercise.?

Hey Raynor, my girlfriend is looking for a gym routine to basically just remain healthy, no real specific goal. I know it's pretty vague ^_^ but do you have any suggestions for what she should be doing? she's 5'4 , 105 lbs.

hey again,

dont know if you remember me from my past question, but im fairly new to the gym
anyways im wondering how long it should take to start increasing weight. i thought you should increase the weight when you achieve 8 reps easily. i did this but then for the workouts later on i was dead and couldnt do as nearly as much as i did before

Hey. I've seen you recommend cytogainer. Many times.... Is it truly worth it?

44$ per 6lb tub
4scoops per serving @ 18 scoops per 6lb tub
Being about 2.50$ per serving.. So that's not bad. I mean. Could buy a protein bar for 2-3bks
I like the low fat /sugar and complex carbs in the serving....I've compared cytogainer to many others. And I like the ratio of ingredients in cytogainer

I workout within 25min upon waking up then have school then work full time. And lately it's been killing me in the morning I neve have the energy throughout my workout
Do u think it would be beneficial to use cytogainer right when I wake up before I workout. And. Right after I workout before class??


Do u think the extra calories and carbs/pro would benefit my workout using cytogainer?

It's so hard to eat before I workout. I normally just have a scoop. Whey/banana and some bcaas with kre alk pre workout

Lately I've been maintaining. But I wouldn't mind to gain some weght( I switched I'm doing your hyperteophy routine now)
