I'm 5' 9", I'm not really sure about my weight but it's probably below 50-60 pounds? I mean, I'm a fucking stick, what do you expect? Don't worry about my budget for food, I'll work for that so just tell me. I will have access to the gym starting from next month and like I said, with a supplement either weight gainer or whey protein to start with.

Actually below 140 pounds.

Two years ago I used to be around 250 lbs, but I've since then dropped down to around 175ish. After dropping a lot of the weight, I find myself with a lot of loose skin and still have a lot of fat, so I was wondering if you had any diet plan plus basic work out plan that you could create for me, sorta. I will have access to a gym 3-5 times a week which will vary and can take almost any supplement or w/e is needed.. The stomach region and chest are my biggest concerns. As for my chest, I still have a bit of what we'd call man boobs, and they're still staying with me. I've googled it before and some say that it can only be resolved by surgery, just wondering if you could shed some light into it. As for stomach, it's mostly the remaining fat and loose skin that's worrisome.

thanks for any advice

meal 5 - salmon / veggies / brown rice

meal 6 - salmon / veggies / 1 tbsp peanut butter

its just a rough draft, on WORKOUT days i replace meal 5 with a 2 scoop whey , 1 scoop gluatmine shake. Any changes you would make ? also on the days i box, what would you adjust or change?

my stats : 170lbs / 5'11 , 21yo

supps i plan to take or already am

fish oil, multi, cal/mag/zinc combo, kre alk 1500 gona order some. any others you would rec for overall good health and or beneficial for strength gain and or leaning

Scrap some of that fish for beef and chicken. That's an aweful lot of fish to eat on a weekly basis, so the mercury situation might be more of a concern to you.

I would do fish for no more than 1-2 meals a day.

As far as the other meals go, they look good.

Should I do cardio on my deload week? And I'd also like to still work out during it. Should I do really light weight?

You shouldn't. Deloads are not for working out lol.

Just take the time off and enjoy the week of relaxation and go back with a vengeance.

Unfortunately for a person that has a lot of excess skin from rapid fat loss, there are only TWO avenues.

1. Put on a ton of muscle mass to fill out the existing skin - yes this actually works lol.

2. Surgery if you are not interested in being freakishly big (which also takes quite a while to do).

Let me know which way you'd like to go, and I will help you from there.

First of all...if you want help you need to be more cooperative and certainly change your attitude.

When you said 50-60 pounds, this leads me to believe there's some sort of issue here with your basic understanding of anything health/fitness related, OR you live in a country other than the US and work off of different scales/measurements.

When you corrected yourself to 140, this made more sense. Not sure how you go from 50-60 to 140, but either way.

Don't tell me "Don't worry about my budget..." You just said in the previous post that you don't have a lot of money for specific diets. Now you say not to worry about it. I'm not going to waste my time writing you up a good plan to have you just end up not doing it for sake of finances. So how about your cooperate with me and tell me a ballpark idea of how much you have to spend on food.

In regard to the gym - good, then you'll start next month.

An example of a pre-made guide for hardgainers like yourself can be found here:

That particular meal plan costs around $20 a day depending where you buy the groceries and the cytogainer.

hey! I was wondering what I should eat those days when I get up at 7 in the morning, go to school and hit the gym at like 6-7. I often eat a salad sandwhich in school 1 hour after I got there and 1-2 hours after I eat my lunch. Im 19 years old, 1,80 tall and I weigh 80kg (sorry for european values xD) Looking to get bigger!! Any help appreciated ^_^

Also, Is drinking 1-2 litres of water a good idea when youre going to the gym every 1-2'd day?

Calm down, man. I didn't even notice any attitude, I mean, it wasn't my intention to be that way. My bad, sorry about that.

I admit it, I don't know a lot about health/fitness.

Anyway, my budget is $20 a day for now as a start.

Plus, for a supplement I'm getting either Optimum: Serious Mass or Optimum: Gold Standard 100% Whey (else, whatever you recommend?)

Once again, I'm sorry about all that.

hey raynor, i'm gonna get a shin splint compressive sleeve. This one to be more specific: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000E5U8W/ref=s9_simh_gw_p200_d3_g200_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=05CEAE2Y2XTC1C0J8PYJ&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846

I measured my lower leg, and the biggest part is a little under 15 inches in circumference. I should get the medium to get the best result? Or the small? How tight should the sleeve be to be the most effective?
