i'm 17 and i'm skinny as fuck. i've tried a lot of shit but i just can't get it right, and i'm helpless.

starting from next month i'm getting back to the gym and i'm gonna buy me supplements too, either weight gainer or whey protein, which do you think i should start with?

i don't want to be BIG or anything don't want to look lanky.

i don't know what the fuck to eat either and i'm broke 99% of the time. i need serious help.

Do not put it into a shake, take it with water PWO and a shake maybe 15-20 mins after that.


Alright thanks I just put my order through. Although the directions say to take one dose in the morning and one PWO, is it better or worse to take one dose 15-20 min before workout and one PWO?

Also would you happen to know where one could purchase a 1 gram measuring scoop?

you gave me virtually nothing to work off of.

You have to give me your height, weight, any medical conditions/allergies, as well as your actual monetary budget for food, as well as if you have access to a gym.

You can take it either method. Pre and Post workout or Morning and post workout (on non-training days morning and evening doses).

Measuring scoops can be purchased at bodybuilding.com or amazon.com

Approximately 45-60 seconds when pyramiding up if you are looking for pure hypertrophy.

If you are doing a drop set (heavy weight set, reduce weight for another set, reduce weight for another) - there is zero rest between sets.

what are some good carbs post workout? im getting tired of eating mostly bananas and white potatoes..

can't edit, but forgot to add: whats your take on pixie sticks/sweets pwo as boxa mentioned, im curious to find out as well

Anything....you can opt for pasta, bread, rice, fruits, etc.

He's trolling as usual.

PWO sugar is good, but not essential unless your glycogen levels are completely drained.

If you are on a normal mass building routine, just some good carbs will be fine. if you're training on the very high end level and glycogen is definitely depleted...you can benefit from approx 30-35g glucose/fructose PWO. Basically a gatorade.
