Yes, sorry to hear that even though I am new to this part of the forums. I have a question though for people who are answering questions in SKC's behalf. I am 18, 5' 5" @ 153 +- 2lbs. I have been working out the pass 3-4 months but feel like I have gotten nowhere. I have been doing more cardio than lifting and feel that I am just not making progress. Also, tbh, I think I have been crash dieting, not entirely sure. If anyone could tell me how to lose more bf% and get leaner and that 6pk the healthy and natural way, your help would be much appreciated. Also, could someone tell what my calorie intake per day is supposed to be and if that the whole eating 4-5 meals a day works. I don't know very much about working out, even thought i've been hitting the gym for a while now. Thanks -Saint17

You are not going to want to exceed more calories than you burn/day.
What type of cardio are you doing as of now?
And yes eating 5-6 meals a day is the best, because of the boost in metablism.

And what is your current workout plan?

E: Remember, diet is key.

(I friend'd you so you could check my pro for pics)

I eat generally healthy, but don't know where I could improve other than eating more meals but smaller meals. I work an 8hr day so I could force myself to snack and eat a small lunch if needed.

I can't get rid of my belly fat. Its just that last 2 or so pounds that I can't trim. My stomach is strong and I do cardio to try and trim it, but no luck. My stomach looked its best when I tried bulking actually.

I typically go to the gym 3 days a week. I do 30min on a bike w/ resistance. I increase the resistance as it gets easier rather than increasing time. I do arms, back/bicep, chest/tricep on one of the 3 days along with biking before hand. I do ab exercises at home almost every day. I do weighted leg lifts and I also use an ab wheel which I find helps maintain, but I'm at a wall because I can do so many, but can't make it any harder to do. I just got my dad's old bowflex set up in my basement. I used it when I looked my best 2yrs ago.

My Diet is generally a bowl of cereal, fiber bar (for GI issues) and a vitamin for breakfast. For lunch I eat turkey or tuna salad on a wheat wrap w/ lettuce and tomato. For dinner I'll have another fiber bar w/ either a turkey sandwich or pasta w/ parm cheese. I'll have a protein shake only after getting home from the gym. As a snack I might grab an orange. I keep junk food to a complete minimum and drink water all day with maybe 2 cans of diet pop thrown in.

Any general advice for my situation? I'm mostly concerned about trimming my stomach weight, but the cardio doesn't seem to help with it. Maybe I should try to bulk more.

Edit: Sorry about your dad. I saw that after I posted.

Hi there, I'm trying to get my barbell curls and my benching up, currently I'm at :
Height : 5'7
Weight : 152 Pounds
Barbell weight : 100 LBs x 1
Bench weight : 185 LBs x 1
Age : 15

To be more specific, I'm trying to get to about 115-135 Barbell Curl, and ~205-225 on my benching.

Thanks ahead of time :)

I cant get over my bench up and i really know nothing about this. I started lifting last year for football. I been lifting ever since. Current stats are
Age:15
Height:6'3"
Weight:223
Im not skinny but not fat. Just a few extra pounds.(Lineman, so i need a couple of pounds)
Im looking to lose alot of it though. I dont do alot od cardio yet.
Well acualy im fat. lol. I can run almost 2 miles. I run normally twice a week. I probably need more?
I lift 3 times a week for football. I dont have a set up routine. Our football coach makes us lift bench.squat, deadlift ever other day(mon, wed, fri) and side machines. And after school i do my own workout. I sometimes do not do his workout, so i would like a good routine. I cant eat alot because of morning workouts and school, but i eat 2-3 rolls and a pbj for protein and carbs. After workout i eat a banana and pbj. 4th hour i sneak in a gronala bar. My lunch is a wheat sandwhich with meat, cheese gronola bar, peaches, applesauce. Then i eat a good meal for dinner. Salad protein etc. I dont have protein drink yet. Im probably going to get whey but i dont know what one/flavor.
Bench=220 (cant get 225 by myself...my spotter touches the bar weith his index finger and bring up barley and i get it. Ive been stuck here for about 3-4 weeks) ive been workingout my other upper body to try and get that up.
Squat=300
Deadlift=315
Oh and for cardio i run the bike at my school for 10-15 min, run stairs for about 10 min, and get home and ride my real bike.
Advice is much appreciated. I have no sixpack nor a small stomach. Manly because i have never done crunches. Im going to start incorperating that in their. Need some help with that.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Hi, I'm posting for my brother because he doesn't have a jsp acc.

He's 13 years old,
6 feet tall (i know, holy shit)
weighs ca. 171 lbs

Since he's 13, he doesn't have access to a gym, but he does have access to a workout room in his rowing club (w/ rowing machines, bench, leg press, a stair-machine, dumbells, etc.).
He wants to lose some fat, and gain muscle mass.

Also, he wont be able to get Whey Protein Powder, unless i get some for him without my parents knowing.

So what things should he try to eat, how many time a day. And a workout routine.

Thanks :)
