Finally stopped dicking around and got my shit in order. Have been mostly occupied with getting my strength back. Weight hasn't moved much but my lifts have and I seem to be leaner than I was when I was not eating well and gyming hard etc.
Anyhow, prolly 10 weeks back into it. Here's some pics. Have been mixing in a few things hypertrophy-wise for my chest and have seen amazing results.
I certainly don't present myself at my best, but recovering to get back there and hopefully advance further than I ever have
