Haven't posted any pics in a while. About to try a 30-90 day paleo and carb back load diet. Prepping for a crossfit comp in June.
Will have a full progress pic set this weekend then complete in June.

Nice tree trunks, how tall are you though?
Look kinda short (I'm short too, 5'8)
I'm only 16 though, my brothers are 5'11 and 6'1, my dad is 6'0 so I may get bigger... May not. :P

Finally stopped dicking around and got my shit in order. Have been mostly occupied with getting my strength back. Weight hasn't moved much but my lifts have and I seem to be leaner than I was when I was not eating well and gyming hard etc.

Anyhow, prolly 10 weeks back into it. Here's some pics. Have been mixing in a few things hypertrophy-wise for my chest and have seen amazing results.

I certainly don't present myself at my best, but recovering to get back there and hopefully advance further than I ever have :)

Unflexed. Maybe tightened abs? Can't remember






Current goals:
Bench 400
Squat 500
Dl 600+
Get bw back to 200.
