Yes, sorry to hear that even though I am new to this part of the forums. I have a question though for people who are answering questions in SKC's behalf. I am 18, 5' 5" @ 153 +- 2lbs. I have been working out the pass 3-4 months but feel like I have gotten nowhere. I have been doing more cardio than lifting and feel that I am just not making progress. Also, tbh, I think I have been crash dieting, not entirely sure. If anyone could tell me how to lose more bf% and get leaner and that 6pk the healthy and natural way, your help would be much appreciated. Also, could someone tell what my calorie intake per day is supposed to be and if that the whole eating 4-5 meals a day works. I don't know very much about working out, even thought i've been hitting the gym for a while now. Thanks -Saint17
