Not at all. If anything, using gloves improves grip strength by adding more material between you and the bar. The fatter the grip, the more strength you can build. Coke-Can barbells are GREAT for building grip strength. By using gloves, it adds that extra piece of material which in turn makes you have to grip harder.

well...what would be most beneficial to sprinting speed? im currently about 81-82kg and 183ish cm

Hey, i've been searching, i need a protein like dyma lean, i mean something without those addons for faster muscle growth. just pure protein. let me know anything if you know.

Hey raynor, GAT came out with Nitraflex i suppose not too long ago and was curious about your thoughts on it and what's in it. From what i've read it seems to be a new breed of pre-workout.

You want to eat about 2,500 cals on workout days and 2,200 cals on non-workout days.

You should try for a 40/40/20 (protein/carbs/fat) balance.

lol...there are no proteins with "addons" for muscle growth.

There are a lot of proteins with added junk to make it taste better...but that's about it.

As far as what you need, I'd recommend Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Natural Chocolate flavor - the best protein you can buy at the moment.

Unfortunately I've never tried it before and quite frankly don't know much about those ingredients.

However it appears to be a pretty standard arginine based pre-workout with a lot of added artificial colors/flavors/sweeteners. I would avoid.

Hey man, Im wondering if you have any suggestions to reduce soreness
I'm new to working out though, just started on Saturday so I realize that I will have soreness but I find it getting worse than better
My arms are the worst, and I've only done chest back and leg workouts
