i meant about diet.. cut out all the carbs? except the green veggies?

also will my protein be fine for use or should i give up that also? http://www.myprotein.com/uk/products/impact%5Fwhey%5Fprotein (UNFLAVOURED)

Take the supplements I mentioned and yes, cut out all carbs except for veggies (avoid sugary and starchy veggies) until you can get things under control.

Your protein powder should be fine.

For cutting, what's a good calorie intake to keep on workout days and what's good for off days?

Right now i'm 5'10, 18 years old, 168 pounds, 14-15% body fat, and looking to cut down to 10% by June 1st. When is a safe time to start cutting to acheieve my goal?

Hey Raynor,

A few questions,

1) Are there any safe antibiotics that treat acne? (I've seen your acne guide already)
2) I use natural peanut butter and I can't eat it fast enough, so it hardens in the fridge. When I microwave it it seems to reduce in volume, will this make the serving size contain more calories per 15g?
3) If I want a little more strength centered 5x5 (following yours) should I just skip out on the 6-12rep exercises, or should I just do 6-8reps for those?

Thanks :)

You want about 1,500 calories on non-workout days and 1,800 calories on workout days to get 1.5-2 lbs of fat loss per week assuming regular exercise and a clean diet

Yes that diet is correct...and you CAN bulk...you would be doing a quasi-keto bulk

That means you want about 60% of your cals from fat and the other 40% from protein. Don't even count the cals from veggies.

Remember a gram of fat has 9 cals and a gram of protein has 4 cals.

1. Antibiotics? No.
2. No. But I'd recommend you don't refrigerate the peanut butter anyway...it's much better to stay at room temperature.
3. Switch to 6-8 reps of those.

Are you sure about the peanut butter? The ingredients are Peanuts/Salt, and I drain the oil ontop after opened. It says on the jar to refridgerate after opening.

Thanks:)
