nope just the ones I mentioned.. The problem is I've got no carb options left to eat.. Well maybe potatoes and sweet potatoes or they will be just as bad as anything else.. I will only see my doc on 2nd February, so its still along time to wait. Looking for advice how to live till then and what to do.

I Just gave you the advice until then....did you not read what I gave you?

I listed 4 things for you to do....

Okay I will do this ASAP. How much weight do you think I can gain if I follow this exactly?

It depends, but generally 5 lbs a month is a safe judgement.

thanks raynor

in your first post u wrote

4. Take fat burners every morning prior to eating with 2 large glasses of water, eat meal 1 approx 15-20 mins later.

are these 100% necessary or will i still get good results without them?

also how long would u advise to do this keto diet? i was thinking ill try it for a couple months and see where im at?
and is there anything u need to do after youve finished or can u jump straight back onto carbs in a bulking diet

It helps, but it isn't a requirement.

Keto should be ran for approx 3-4 months.

You can jump right back into a regular diet after 3-4 months of keto.

what do you think of butter, Raynor? is it healthy to have with most meals?

Absolutely.

Butter is completely safe. Obviously don't eat a stick at a time, but a little here and there won't hurt you. Just pay attention to your regular calories and fat balance. Fat balance meaning make sure to get 2x unsaturated fats to every 1x saturated fats.

hey raynor, might not be a smart question, but could you get shin splint compressive sleeves from walmart?

I think it depends on your local walmart. Just go online, type in the item, and check "in store" - there should be a button on the site that allows you to do that.

Hi Raynor,

I was wondering how do I heal/prevent calluses?

I don't really want to use chalk/liquid grip. Would using gloves for a week every month be a good idea? Just give my calluses a break that week?

Its getting pretty bad to point that there is blood under the callus.

Soak the hands in hot water and epsom salt. Use a file to remove the dead callused skin.

From there, use gloves whenever you lift and also moisturize your hands regularly.
