You're far too eager to drop cals, not utilizing extended periods of slight deficits but rather jumping to harsher ones. You will realize that sooner or later, though.
As for your edit, it's very possible you need even more kcal than what the calc managed to spit out, which has a bit to do with your current composition as well.
All in all, you need to learn to be patient. Did you really reset at 2500kcal for 2 full weeks? Have you really dropped only 100kcal per full week since last we talked, or none at all if the BW seemed to keep dropping properly? There aren't enough weeks to justify that, as we've talked a little less than a month ago.
i've stayd at 2500 for a ~month, not 2 weeks. my weight always goes up and down a bit, im assuming because of water weight. i havent dropped 100 cals yet. should i now drop to 2400? i weighed myself at 172.8 this morning, empty stomach. how do i know if its water weight poundage i lost/gain? its hard for me to tell by scale so i try to go by look too, and by look over the course of a month i dont feel i lost anything. the amount of food i was eating at 2500 i thought was good and it was satisfying thats why i kept at it a little longer, but maybe its time to drop 100 cals for next week? and then stay at 2400 and see how that works out for a week and if nothing, drop another 100 to 2300? i have reset at 2500, for a month instead of 2 weeks if that makes a big difference. im just confused with the scale weight and whats water weight and whats not mostly.
edit: it seems im in a rush, but im truely not. ill be happy with 10-15 lbs of fat loss by mid august if thats possible lol, im just discouraged as i see no changes yet
