its my 2nd time cutting now so i have more experience. im leaner than the last time i cutted (pic in profile), but i am gonna cut for another 8-12 weeks so i can be single and shredded.
i think im eating PLENTY of food tbh...more than enough. im fine with counting my cals, its just that no matter what i eat it seems to do nothing lmao. im not going insane at all with the amount of food i eat, im more than satisfied. i hate cardio, but if i NEED to do it (which u dont apparently, its all about the defecit) then i would lol. i might start doing it, not sure though.
