yeah ik what u mean. im only tryin to lose 10-15 lbs by beginning-middle of august. it shouldnt be that hard, but apparently it is lol

youll do it. honestly i think you should just lower the carbs, increase the fats. keep heart rate high when lifting.

e: if you wanna bulk over cut obviously do the opposite or anything that isn't what i say lol

yeah of course. i basically do the main lifts with longer rests (heavy weight low reps), then the assistance exercises i start to decrease rest time. i just feel by the look of my body it'd be a bad idea to bulk. so ill just try and lose some fat which would probably make me look a bit bigger anyway, then bulk.

beast, how much weight did u lose in that month? uve been cutting for a while now havent u? u shuld have a hang of it by now

my point exactly...im still the same mother fucking weight lmao

edit: i was eating 2000 calories for a while, 2100, 2200, 2500 steady for a while now. nothing happens with my weight.

idk about anyone else's advice, but increase ur cardio, ur going to go insane if u have that little food..

its my 2nd time cutting now so i have more experience. im leaner now than the last time i cutted (pic in profile), but i am gonna cut for another 8-12 weeks so i can be single and shredded.

how often u weight train

height and weight?

i think im eating PLENTY of food tbh...more than enough. im fine with counting my cals, its just that no matter what i eat it seems to do nothing lmao. im not going insane at all with the amount of food i eat, im more than satisfied. i hate cardio, but if i NEED to do it (which u dont apparently, its all about the defecit) then i would lol. i might start doing it, not sure though.

thats the problem.. u need to do cardio.

if we do 15x your bw = 2625, this is roughly amount to maintain ur weight

uve been eating from 2k to 2.5k. weight can drastically change by water weight / sodium intake as i found out a couple weeks ago when i did a cheat meal lol

if u wanna lose 2 to 3 lb a week (your a little chubby right now so 3lb is fine), then u gotta be in a deficit of 7k or 10,500 and your not..

see what i am saying? cus a week of dieting makes a lot of difference (google image 1 lb of fat, youll be surprised, 5 lb is the size of an infant), let alone a month.
