eating 2500 cals, might have gained a lb or two?, trying to cut...gonna drop cals again i think now that i might have gained a little... eating 2200 cals did nothing and apparently i needed to "reset" which is why i went to 2500...i feel like weighing myself is useless between water weight etc its always a different #... so im trying to go by look. i dont notice anything different within a month but, that bottom pics where im at now.

edit: lighting is shit in the bottom picture, two different light settings obviously

i mean i feel like after a fuckin month i should've seen something more than that. i think i should drop 250 cals

more cardio. im a lean guy and when i want to get leaner i just skip rope in between all my sets. it keeps my heart rate high and im constantly burning calls

i've been just focusing on the 5/3/1 program. i've been getting stronger, just not leaner lol

well you dont look bad at all, but if you want to get stronger stick with 5/3/1 i suppose lol i dont know the program but if you want to see more muscle lose some fat. i just suggested skipping rope in between sets considering it helps me and im skinny

yeah i just feel like that'd drain my lifts, i feel like im not in a deficit...i dont think i look good to be honest, i feel like i need to bulk and add muscle, yet i need to lose fat lmao

you will find out quick if it drains your lifts. if youre cardio is decent, it doesnt affect it that much. your forearms get a lil tighter but only skip like 25 rotations and break for 15 seconds and lift.

once again im not an expert. i just telling you what works for me and ive never weighed over 160ish. i have minimal fat and it kills it pretty quick
