you will find out quick if it drains your lifts. if youre cardio is decent, it doesnt affect it that much. your forearms get a lil tighter but only skip like 25 rotations and break for 15 seconds and lift.
once again im not an expert. i just telling you what works for me and ive never weighed over 160ish. i have minimal fat and it kills it pretty quick
