Alright. Yeah. I've seen a lot about kre alk vs creatine mono. Mind as well switch now

This is my first week on creatine after the loading week.

Can I just start using kre alk right away tomorrow and drop the creatine?

And for Sci fit kre alk. I believe it's 2 pills a day.

How much/ when do you reccommend?
And u said with water. So just take it with my protein shake?

I have here and there, I do not feel any sharp pains or anything like that, I would say if anything soreness or a tensed tendon, it has been about maybe 2 months now, I can do every other workout fine with no pain, I did light shoulders last week after taking a couple weeks off shoulders and it went wow, I could perform light weight exercise althought I felt a little soreness while doing so and tense in my middle delt, I would say it is a tendon as well, other than sometimes experience achy feelings there is no other symptoms I can move my shoulder in every direction and even in a over head press movement without weight find with a little ach sometimes but no sharp pains. I am assuming I should continue with other muscles and do light shoulder work to it is fully healed or close to it. Low weight high reps.

E: I have had no other injuries, that's also wha is leaning towards tendonitis my presses have gone up a lot quickly, and several months ago I had bad tendonitis in my elbows but that has been resolved along time ago, I believe my tendon in my shoulder may just be inflammed and trying to heal, should I just do might weight high reps till it resolves and continue everything else.

my rice cooker just arrived. unfortunately, i'm a little unclear about what a "cup" is. the rice cooker's "cup" is 180 ml, which is slightly less than a US cup 240ml, and yields 2 rice-cups. the nutrition facts of my brown rice says 1/4 "cup" (39g).

so when your sample meals say "1 cup brown rice", are you referring to 1 uncooked rice-cup? or 1 uncooked US cup?

or am i just overthinking it, and the difference is too insignificant to matter?

Yes you can start it right away.

the dosage is not 2 pills a day, its 2 pills 2x per day.

Take 2 pills pre-workout and 2 pills post workout.

Also on non-workout days take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening.

The best policy is always to take a week of rest, lots of ice, ibuprofen as needed, and light stretching.

After that week, go back into usual exercises but try to avoid too much strain on the shoulder. For bench press, do dumbbells instead of a barbell. Also try to use dumbbells for virtually all other pressing exercises to maintain a more neutral grip.

Furthermore, if a particular exercise hurts - STOP!

1 cup of COOKED rice is the clarification.

That's the plan thanks! It's already feeling better, did back tonight and no shoulder pains at all, I will attempt light stretch shoulders tomorrow if any discomfort I will stop, thanks again.

Okay thanks

Any reasoning. Behind taking the kre alk post workout?
Just curious. Tried googling and everyone says something different

Also. I workout in morning when I wake up

- protein shake /bcaas/ kre alk. Fruit
- workout
- protein shake bcaas/ glutamate/ kre alk/ carbs
-then eat 30min after.

Would that be good?

I just wanted to drop an update and see what you thought about it.





Could you have a guess at my BF?

Do you recommend that I continue with my clean bulk or begin to cut? I want to be around 10% by June 1st.

I have really weird ass shaped body lol
