yeah I've been cutting since the beggining of March
down 12 lbs right now.. looking MUCH better
lucky this time I'm limiting cardio alot and the deficit is pretty small so my strength is roughly staying the same

today april 8th



eating 2500 cals, might have gained a lb or two?, trying to cut...gonna drop cals again i think now that i might have gained a little... eating 2200 cals did nothing and apparently i needed to "reset" which is why i went to 2500...i feel like weighing myself is useless between water weight etc its always a different #... so im trying to go by look. i dont notice anything different within a month but, that bottom pics where im at now.

edit: lighting is shit in the bottom picture, two different light settings obviously
