Yes they do, just very slowly unfortunately.

I would advise the MRI if you feel that the pain is really not getting any better. Surgery MIGHT be an option, but we'd have to see what's going on first.

Pictures (xrays, MRI, ctscan, etc) are all very important in determining internal injuries.

Thanks raynor! i'll donate in the future :P

No.

It's buffered creatine.

Get it from Bodybuilding.com or Vitaminshoppe

HIIT is simple.

2 minutes walking
2 minutes jogging
30 second all-out sprint

repeat as many times as necessary to achieve your goal time.

Hey my left shoulder has been giving me some issues, I haven't done shoulders in a while, however, I did last week. (light) and I don't really feel discomfit but pressure and a achy feeling? I believe it is a impingement or tendonitis, I don't believe it is my rotator cuff cause I can move my arm in all directions, it's at the too middle delt, I am guessing may the acromian end. What ya think? I may have to see a doc, or talk to a couple ortho surgeons at my work.

Could be impingement...I'm leaning against tendonitis because of the achy pain and no particular stabbing or sharp burning pain during workouts. Have you ever injured the area in a trauma or any kind of incident?

If not, how long have you had these issues?

Have you tried the usual ice/ibuprofen method and gradually went back into shoulders with light weight and worked up over several weeks to get back into the swing of things?

I would always advise seeing a specialist for these sorts of issues, especially if they bother you enough to warrant investigation
