The fat  is a bit low in comparison to the protein. In addition the carbs at 22g worries me. 20g should be the maximum, and even less if necessary. Are you counting fiber as carbs? If so, that does NOT count towards carb count.

Ok i can add in a bit more fat and my carbs actually ended up around 10g when i made my diet and was a lil worried that was too low lol and yeah im not countin fiber. Thanks for help bro

hey Raynor, how long does it usually take to develop a consistent muscle memory to do something spontaneously?

Example: throwing a good form Jab, or perrying a punch properly.

Is there a general formula to develop muscle movement into 2nd nature?

It depends. Some sources have said 2,000 + times

Other sources have said several hundred times.

From my own personal experience it seems to differ by the person. The best way is to just actively and consistently train something over and over, but ALSO focus on what you are doing when you are doing it. Think about it when you actually aren't doing it and consciously try to make the mind muscle connection.

Appreciate the help Raynor, but I doubt some supplements will help me with this, just personal opinion.

I'll keep you informed with how the blood work results turn out.

On side note, can depression be the cause of this?

The supplements are surprisingly effective at producing restful sleep, especially in those who do not like or can not use prescription meds.

Secondly. depression CAN cause some nasty effects on sleeping, including feeling tired despite getting plenty of sleep.

Fuck me, thanks for your help once again Raynor, the bolded is probably true, but it feels like a long term process.

If you have chronic depression, please take your time to see a therapist. I promise it is NOT an easy or short process, but years from now your problems can be resolved without medication.

Hey how should I take Scifit Kre Alkalyn 1500? It just says one in morning and 1 before workout. So on off days just take it in the morning?
