yea thats pretty much the only reason why i still use jsp is this forum trying to stay sharp and help other people. always new stuff to learn and some people have some nice information to offer others.

i did like my 1st set 5 times and the last 3 sets i got 4 times today with 116 haven't made much progress with my shoulder numbers. last week i got 118 1/2 for my last set for 4 reps i probably could have done that for my last 3 sets since all of them where like a half rep for some reason my triceps didn't want to help get the rest of the weight up.
