whats the point of carb cycling raynor? is it to lose body fat?

Generally yes. In some cases used for bulking with minimal fat gains.

hey raynor, i got the following symptoms: yellow snout, throat discomfort/slight pain, 38 degree C fever (along with all the symptoms of fever like muscle ache.. general feeling of malaise), blocked sinus. So this has to be a cold flu right? If so, could you tell me any tips on a better and faster recovery?

/e: and what is the difference between clear, yellow, and green snout?

I think you mean mucus instead of snout.

Anyway, yellow mucus is a sinus infection, the same with green. Clear generally means no infection. You will want to try the following things:

1. Rest as much as possible
2. Drink plenty of fluids - stay hydrated
3. Use a Sinus Rinse Product like this: http://c0009431.cdn.cloudfiles.rackspacecloud.com/Sinus-rinse-Ad.jpg
4. Take your vitamins daily and make sure to get 5,000 iu of vitamin d every day as well as 4g vitamin c every day (4 separate doses of 1g)
5. Make sure you change your bedsheets, quilt, and pillowcases and clean your bedroom as much as possible.

If this gets worse or does not go away in the next 1-2 days, see a doctor and you will likely need antibiotics.

Another good item for clearing mucus and ensuring that no harmful bacteria builds up in the sinus cavity is sinuorega. http://www.swansonvitamins.com/NHS025/ItemDetail?n=0

Ingredients: Wild oils of oregano, bay leaf, and sage, clove bud oil, sea salt, and spring water.

Has kept me sinus infection free for a few years.

Can be found online or at any vitamin shoppe.

Oregano is very good for the sinuses.

However, Do NOT offer advice in this sticky. I have warned you about this before.

This sticky is reserved for myself and 7ds to offer advice.

Thank you.

Hey raynor what are your updated squats?

My total best 1RM squat (without a suit or wraps was 505 lbs last year. I have not squatted that heavy again. My routines now are mostly for maintenance and rarely challenge my best numbers. I have not enough time with my hectic schedule (mostly due to med school) to pursue the powerlifting or bodybuilding circuit anymore.

edit:

to answer your edited question on stats - none of my other numbers have gone up from what is posted here:

anabolic cutting diet (cyclical keto diet)

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=21269614&f=60&p=304396247
Cutting Workout Routine (6 day all equipment)
