Assuming you need to be 134 to make weight class for wrestling or something similar - you will need to do something along these lines:

24 hours before the weigh in, you need to be on total dehydration mode, just sips of water throughout the day no food.


After you weigh in, make sure to eat and rehydrate with REGULAR water gradually. Good Luck!

Yes, with intense exercise - up until the 24 hour mark. When you hit the 24 hour mark before weigh-in, NO more exercise because you will be on a fast and also pretty dehydrated.

Protein shake with WATER - DISTILLED water.

hey Raynor i have a question in regards to Ab exercises

My abs are really weak, and i really want to strengthen them. I figured they have to be hit differently than chest, or legs and i was wondering what do you reccomend, set x rep wise? I figured the more reps the better, but I find it difficult to do more than 10 sit ups without stopping. How should i progress on abs? How often should I work them out?
