Assuming you need to be 134 to make weight class for wrestling or something similar - you will need to do something along these lines:
Meal 1 - Fruit (apple/orange/banana)
Meal 2 - Protein shake
Meal 3 - Fruit (apple/orange/banana)
Meal 4 - Handful of almonds
Meal 5 - Protein Shake
Meal 6 - Protein Bar
Keep the carbs nearly inexistant, keep the sodium extremely low, and drink ONLY - DISTILLED WATER. It MUST be distilled.
24 hours before the weigh in, you need to be on total dehydration mode, just sips of water throughout the day no food.
After you weigh in, make sure to eat and rehydrate with REGULAR water gradually. Good Luck!
