Circuit stations are EXTREMELY beneficial for overall vo2 max increases as well as muscular endurance and mental fortitude. The marathon guide is mostly for cardio improvements and breaking through walls with total distance events in mind such as triathlons.

You must first find the cause of the depression.

I can NOT stress this part enough, you MUST see a good psychiatrist. It won't take just one or two sessions, but probably 8-12 sessions before you make SERIOUS progress. You have to open yourself up to the psychiatrist and be completely honest with both them and yourself. Don't fear judgement and don't worry about anything other than you getting better.

There is a root cause 99.9% of the time in depression cases. It is very rare to be a pure chemical/hormonal imbalance in young healthy males that directly causes depression.

Once you see a good psychiatrist, you will be able to make leaps and bounds in the right direction. I can't tell you exactly how to make yourself happy but I will say this - one of the most critical things to have in life is balance. That means a job, a family, a pet, a girlfriend, a good diet, exercise, some hobbies, relax time, plenty of sleep, and even some time to let loose and be crazy (within reason). You should try to find and appreciate what you do have in life, rather than what you don't have.

If you haven't heard the song "Life is Beautiful" by Sixx A.M. I would highly recommend it. The story in that song really wakens the senses to understand how important life is, and how it should not be lost to inward facing emotions such as depression and angst.

i forgot to ask, how much (in grams obv) do you recommend taking during workouts (will be mixed with water). i take ON whey post workout which has 5 g/scoop so i dont think i have a need to take bcaa powder post w.o

It is only necessary INTRA-workout if you are on cutting and calorie/glycogen depleted.

If cutting, 2-5g every 45 mins depending on intensity of the workout

I have few questions, maybe more later...
So, does it really matter much if i dont stick to diet (fast food once a week, maybe some cake etc.) or it doesn't really matter that much in age of 16 yo?
Is it important to do cardio even if i'm going for more body weight?
Is it better to do 2 muscle area (like chest and biceps, then back and tricepc second day ... etc.) in one day or is it better to do only 1 muscle area (like chest on monday, back on tuesday, legs on wednesday...)?
And can you give me some advices on how to get more weight, with fast food I was putting much on weight but since I eat less junk food I don't get much weight.

Btw, I'm 16, about 85 kg (internet says 187 lbs) and 6.1'
