Go buy a $10 digital blood pressure monitor from a drug store and check it 2-3 times a day. You shouldn't have more than 135/80 which is on the high side.

Not exactly sure what you are asking me here...

Building muscle while working will not have any negative effects as you get older. However doing a physically intense job every day for a very long time can wear out some of your joints, ligaments, and tendons. It is best to make sure you sleep and eat enough every day. Also make sure you drink enough (at least 1.5 gal of water per day)

As far as training other body parts goes, that all depends. Do you want to be a bodybuilder? A Strongman? Or do you not really care?

I always recommend people train their core (abs) because it helps with virtually everything.

im not lookin for building more muscle ;)

what happens if i dont sleep? (like only 2-4 hours / day )but i eat proper dinner.

got any good tips to exercise so that i can avoid riping the tendons?

oh and btw got any good tips for me as an excavator driver that i can do as exercise to avoid getting shoulder/neck stiffness

my english is crap and i dunno how to write it ;)

Lack of sleep will kill you faster than almost anything. It will deteriorate your body rapidly and you will not be able to recover from injuries and other such issues nearly as fast - or at all for that matter. Long term health will be severely compromised by lack of sleep.

If you are already getting lack of sleep, don't do any further exercise.

As far as being an excavator driver - to help yourself get rid of shoulder/neck stiffness, try getting a special cushion like this one: http://www.necksolutions.com/car-seat-neck-support.html

going off of this, is there a significant difference between BCAAs in pill form and powder form in terms of absorption rates etc? or is it just personal preference? also, can you recommend a good bcaa powder, thanks

What's a good method for training for a triathalon?

Right now, I'm doing a full body circuit training 3 days a week. On the days that I'm not lifting I do plyometrics then cardio.

Any suggestions? If you need more detail, let me know.

how would you recommend curing depression, raising self esteem, and overall feeling better about myself? i've been down for years, so it's not a short term thing. for a few months i tried working out, got 8 hours of sleep, followed the meal plan you provided. i got two bunnies and i changed jobs. but these changes dont seem to help. lately i take melatonin and sleep 10-12 hours so i dont have to sit around feeling depressed. i'm thinking the next step is to get some anti depressants, but i hear it takes months before they start to work.

Take 5g pre workout and 5g post workout. You can also take 5g before bed and 5g upon waking.

BCAA's are metabolized in the muscle tissue (not the liver) and thus help prevent atrophy, increase anabolism, decrease recovery time, and increase overall muscle repair and function. In addition, BCAA's allow greater uptake of other aminos which thereby help build and repair muscle tissue and improve recovery.

They are best taken on an empty stomach to bring the body out of a catabolic state (such as after sleeping) or taken just before bed to sustain the body through the fast during the night. Moreover, they are taken prior and after exercise because this is the point at which the body requires the most assistance in the beginning form of recovery phase.

Pills tend to absorb slower, powders are a bit faster. However powder shelf life can be decreased based on the container that it is stored in. I prefer unflavored, uncolored, all natural BCAA powder (or just a good protein shake with plenty of BCAA such as Optimum Pro Complex Natural).

If you want a good plain BCAA - try Optimum or NOW! brand plain BCAA powder.
