Any abs exercices doable at home that you would recommend? Perhaps with free weights? I'm just looking for a proper routine that will have results sooner or later.

everything here can be done at home:

just a question building muscles while working ( 8-14 hours / day ) does this have some bad effect when getting older?

im felling my shoulders, back, legs are starting to get unnecessary big.

or do i need to compensate building other parts of my body up?

maybe run?

im 192 cm
107 kg

Yes it does.

For you to say that you are experiencing reduced erections after working out or randomly throughout the day...that could be a few things

1. Diminished testosterone from undereating/undersleeping for the amount of training you do (How much sleep and what kind of diet are you on? Also what workouts do you do?)
2. Increased blood pressure (do you check it often?)
3. Certain medications (do you take any?)

Not exactly sure what you are asking me here...

Building muscle while working will not have any negative effects as you get older. However doing a physically intense job every day for a very long time can wear out some of your joints, ligaments, and tendons. It is best to make sure you sleep and eat enough every day. Also make sure you drink enough (at least 1.5 gal of water per day)

As far as training other body parts goes, that all depends. Do you want to be a bodybuilder? A Strongman? Or do you not really care?

I always recommend people train their core (abs) because it helps with virtually everything.

Go buy a $10 digital blood pressure monitor from a drug store and check it 2-3 times a day. You shouldn't have more than 135/80 which is on the high side.
