When you go from a shitty trainer to an amazing trainer, you can make very good gains. My buddy Nate gained about 12 lbs LBM naturally in a year...and like I said give or take a few lbs.

Guess i'll throw some pictures up. Can i get a guess on body fat? 6'3. Started serious cutting a few days ago, it's going well. Currently 211, would like go get down to about 190-195.

First 2 flexed. Last one relaxed. Ignore dirty mirror.

Not to be a dick or anything, but your front pictures make it really hard to judge. You appear to have an almost flat stomach, but that crease from surgery(?) makes it difficult to tell

I'll say 18-20.
