ik ik, im trying not to rush but i havent noticed a change in anything regardless of shit/good diet since august. i do got it though, i dont "need" the cheat meals and its fucking with my head so its better to just take it out. ill save that for summer once im shredded and all my buddies are back from college B) :p

Took a random picture for the lolz during the end of spring break. (at this point i have been drinking for 5 days straight and have not worked out) so not in the best of shape haha. 205 pounds 6 feet tall



Edit: And this point, I have reached my goal weight. So from now on out I am going to be eating at maintenance levels and basically doing a recomp until I reach 10% bf
