im gonna cut out cheat meals, not worth i guess. then i can see if it was hindering progress or not

just dont try and think about cutting too much, i know its hard not to and u wanna be lean as shit the next day, but if u just live ur life and hit ur macros and live as if your not cutting ull get there with much more peace in mind..

yeah thats the mindset im trying to have. its not that i wanna be lean the next day, its just frustrating going since august pretty much with zero change in anything, even weight/body composition, besides strength maybe that went up a bit

@lightman, im gonna cut out cheat meals and eat as precise as i can @2050 calories (bmr x 1.375 - 500: 2050) keep my same workout routine/daily activities...weigh myself every sunday morning. if i dont see a change at all within a month, u recommend dropping another 100 cals? or should i up it by 100 u said. or go to 2500? im gonna track everything, no fuckin cheat meals or any little extra food that i think "wont hurt"

He literally just said to reset at 2500 kcals.

@fitz: If somebody has a compensated metabolism, you don't suggest they work harder or reduce calories farther. You're going to hurt someone with your catch-all fucking advice.

yeah but before he said go back to what u were doing before (which is 2k for me) and after a week-10 days, add 100, and after another week-10 days if u dont see anything, add another 100. since i cant tell if cheat meals were hindering or not, im just gonna stick with 2k another month. then if nothing, add 100 etc. just seeing no fuckin change in a half a year is fucking with my head. but we'll see. i have pics to actually track this now so

you say you're in no rush, and then you act in an opposite way. just do what lightman said and reset.
