yeah thats the mindset im trying to have. its not that i wanna be lean the next day, its just frustrating going since august pretty much with zero change in anything, even weight/body composition, besides strength maybe that went up a bit
@lightman, im gonna cut out cheat meals and eat as precise as i can @2050 calories (bmr x 1.375 - 500: 2050) keep my same workout routine/daily activities...weigh myself every sunday morning. if i dont see a change at all within a month, u recommend dropping another 100 cals? or should i up it by 100 u said. or go to 2500? im gonna track everything, no fuckin cheat meals or any little extra food that i think "wont hurt"
