Okay, so this has been bugging me.

I ate some salad a couple days ago, and the salad it's self had a small burning effect in my mouth. Almost like it was spicy, but it wasn't. VERY SMALL.

I was like okay, maybe my taste buds are alright, because I didn't have an allergic reaction..

I made a Tuna Salad with a little bit of Ranch, and same thing. I eat the tuna no problem, ranch no problem, but I still get that effect. I'm not allergic/no allergies to lettuce or anything. Any ideas? O.o

What exactly was in the lettuce? Just plain iceberg/romaine lettuce? Or was it "mixed greens"? Did you thoroughly wash the lettuce prior to eating? Did you add any dressing to the lettuce? I need more information.

Hey ray,

Sitting at 182 lbs, 5'10, 14.9% bf so it's time to cut. How do I calculate how much my body needs in a day, so I can cut ~500 cals out?

Also an ectomorph if that makes any difference, I would assume it doesnt

Ectos respond well to Digestive Enzyme Supplements so take that into consideration. Secondly, you can also not worry about carbs as much as an endomorph.

As far as the cutting cycle calculations go, you need to do this:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bmr_calculator.htm

Once you get a number, add on the amount of exercise you do by going here: http://www.nutristrategy.com/activitylist.htm

Then take the total. Example, if your BMR is 2,200 cals and you do 500 cals of exercise per day, you would be at 2,700 cals per day burned. You would thus want to take in 2,000-2,200 per day for cutting.

Thank you! Any recommendations on Digestive Enzyme Supplements?

Do you prefer Wide grip pull ups or medium grip pulls up?

I switched recently my wide grip pulls ups to medium grip pulls up but i dont feel my back at all..most arm/forearm . My form is pretty good too..Arch lower back/chest up and i always fully stretch to bottom

Witch one you find the most effective?

Is it bad if I put my elbows on my legs instead of pushing it on the side of my legs while doing Concentrated Bicep Curls?

Hi Raynor,

what do you suggest I do from this point on? Continue bulking or start cutting?

Do you have a rough idea of what my BF is atm? Sorry for diff lighting.

Wide = more lats and wide back
Medium = More middle and upper back

Depends what you want to do. If you are doing wide, make sure to arc your back properly and focus on the lats.

Yes. You need the elbow to touch the inner part of your leg so that the arm can have a proper deadhang and isolate the bicep.
