can someone guesstimate my bodyfat %? for these 3 pics? this cutting thang aint working. 2k cals and nothing in 3 and 1/2 weeks...iim too fat to bulk though what ya'll think? forever stuck/raged at 172 lbs

thats literally only a once a week cheat meal and i really dont think its putting me over 2k cals. i have about 1k left by the time i eat that meal for dinner and it consists of chicken, broccoli, and a cup of steamed rice... but ill probs stop it and wont eat it once a week then lol.

other than that, i am precise at 2k cals. i was thinking about 18% as well.

Regulate the intake through weekly weigh ins feedback, otherwise known as anchoring.
If your weight hasn't budged for approxmately a month, given no changes in routine & daily life activities and despite 2 caloric adjustments (Lowering the amount), revert back to your intake from before these adjustments and add an extra 100kcal, preferrably to carbs. See what happens over the course of a week to 10 days. Should the weight remain consistent, add another 100kcal.

Eventually, the intake will be synchronized with the activities and will begin to lower once more.

gotcha. tbh, my weight hasnt budged since uhhh, lets see. since late july/beginning of august, definitely september. been constant at 172 for the most part...even though i ate like complete garbage eating out alot getting too many calories over the summer, especially over winter break and everything, eating applebees/desserts not counting etc, still 172 fuckin pounds...unless its my scale thats fuckin broke...but i've literally been STUCK. i did a bunch of random workouts, now im on 5/3/1. weight seems to not be changing regardless of workout or food intake lol
