Also, no offense to Oak, ofc, but I find it hard to believe that there's not a coach out there that doesn't have more knowledge than Oak, and can add nothing but good to his current regimen. That's not saying that Oak doesn't know his shit.
Obviously could possibly bring a better package to stage if I were under the eye of a great coach.
I think where I am at now is only the beginning and regardless of coach would be in same position.
The difference a coach would make is within these next 12wks, as the mind-fuk will start and I could use a second eye on how my physique looks and of course when it would be necessary to change.
What I've learned thus far is to be consistent and have patience with a diet.
