Raynor if you  are just looking for aesthetics would you just go start mass training and bulk?

I think my lifts are ok for my age / body weight

15 yrs old
5.8
156 pounds

180 DL
155 squat
140 bench

Definitely keep bulking until you hit the 15-18% bf range. After that you need to cut down to around 8-10%.

raynor, my mom is of asian descent, and she claims the red spots on her face are caused by stress, are there any merits to this? if so are there remedies?

e/ also hope you are doing well in your studies, looking forward to calling you Dr. Raynor =D, (don't know what your real name is)

It could be psoriasis, rosacaea, or something else entirely.

Either way I would see a dermatologist. Stress by itself doesn't cause red spots on your face, but instead can weaken the immune system and allow something like psoriasis to take hold (just as an example).

Here is what you need to do.

Lower your protein to around 200-250g per day.
Increase carb intake by around 100-150g per day from where you're currently at.
Increase water intake to around 1.5 gallons per day (this does NOT count other beverages - just pure water)

Get the carbs up by simply eating whole grain bread, making a big pot of oats/pasta/brown rice and eating those throughout the day, or just bake a ton of sweet potatoes and eat those as needed.

you are a great man rayndaddy,

i hope my smelly sweat days are over

Calves should be in the 12/10/8 range of reps with 3-5 sets each exercise.

I would avoid the ice water baths quite frankly. Try the hot baths with epsom salts instead and see if that helps. Try it for about 2 weeks.

Also, I'm very glad to hear your friend is doing well! =)
