I would recommend you do all of this on the treadmill at home so you don't have to be out in the cold for any extended period of time.
I also recommend you take Kre Alkalyn 2 capsules 2x per day (pre and post cardio if possible) along with BCAA and glutamine.
Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat properly.
