what would be a good amount of calories to clean bulk with for a person 5'10, 165 pounds?

Non-Workout days - 2,500 calories

is there much of a difference between different brands of weightlifting chalk i normally buy some from Walgreens because it is convenient for me.

Hey Raynor,

I was wondering if you had a plan to build cardio endurance specifically.

Looking for something that can be done indoors as its getting very cold outside.

I have a treadmill at home and a gym membership.

If you have any plans that I could follow I would appreciate it.

Cardio Improvement Guide


I would recommend you do all of this on the treadmill at home so you don't have to be out in the cold for any extended period of time.

I also recommend you take Kre Alkalyn 2 capsules 2x per day (pre and post cardio if possible) along with BCAA and glutamine.

Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat properly.

When I am doing the sprints should I just have the treadmill going at my 'sprint' speed, jump on do it and then jump off and repeat as I can?
