whats a good supplement for energy? to give me dat der boost?

Plain Black Coffee or caffeine pills such as No Doz.

However GAT Jet Fuel is a step above both of those and provides a very good caffeine based stimulant in a capsule form. I highly recommend it.

For the scars, see a dermatologist. They have many treatments which can greatly reduce the appearance of scars and make your skin smooth and vibrant.

PWO 1 scoop shake w/ a piece of white bread is fine, just make sure to eat a full meal about 1 hour later.

how's roasted seaweed

thinking of incorporating it into my diet

Depends on the type. Some are very good - but others contain dangerous amounts of arsenic.

In general I would avoid it because the possibility of too much arsenic is greater than the benefits of getting the variety without.

There are quite a few. I personally would recommend anything that is certified to contain at least 50 billion culture per capsule - with a combination of BIFIDOBACTERIUM BIFIDUM, LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS, and L.BULGARICUS at a minumum.

Any good examples? Don't really care about the cost just want one that will deliver the highest amount of live samples to the intestines. Apparently some have lots of cultures in it but they don't make it to the intestines or there are a lot of dead cultures in it even though it advertises live cultures. Thanks!

You need more.

I would advise adding:

3 sets Leg Extensions
3 sets Leg Curls
5 sets Calf Raises

Thanks! I notice you suggest the NOW! brand a lot. Is it one of the better brands for supplements?
