I have pretty bad acne/acne scars any advice?

And

How is this for post-workout meal 1 scoop whey protein shake + a piece of white bread 30 mins after sound good??

There are quite a few. I personally would recommend anything that is certified to contain at least 50 billion culture per capsule - with a combination of BIFIDOBACTERIUM BIFIDUM, LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS, and L.BULGARICUS at a minumum.

Sounds a LOT like kidney stones. However it could even be something worse. This is NOT something to mess around with, especially when you are experiencing STABBING pains when urinating.

You need to see a doctor or go to the hospital immediately. I'm sorry but you really need to for your own health. Don't mess around with this.

Just lower the calories to accomidate your BMR of around 1800 (which is what I figure for your height/weight) also dont' forget activity level and so forth. You want a 500-600 cal deficit below your BMR without exercise or around an 800 cal deficit below your BMR+Exercise total (as long as exercise accounts for at least 300 cals burned).

Yes cardio would be a good idea. I'd say 20-30 mins of HIIT post-workout 3-5 days a week.

Not necessarilly - abs can be trained more than most muscles because they are used EVERY day for EVERYTHING. Your core is one of the few muscle groups that can tolerate a lot more abuse than others.

I personally recommend Cytosport Cytogainer. It's excellent. Tastes great, works well, and has some creatine already in it.
