the pain is gone now. As i did not drink my protein shake before bed. Maybe I intake too much water because those 2 mornings when I had pain there I wanted to piss badly. Yeah the pain is basicaly on my side well maybe a little bit more in the back area but not where the kidneys are. Just under the last rib. Only left side. It was just simple constant pain. Then it would go away. It does not hurt when i touch. Area is not discolored. No hurt when urinating. No meds just supplements. Fish oil, creatine, multivitamins, vitamin c, probiotics.

Hello,

So what you're saying is that the pain only happens when you drink a protein shake before bed?

The fact that you are only feeling pain on the left side is mildly alarming to me because it could be indicative of an issue with your spleen. Other than that, it COULD be kidney related (but not likely) because of the area as well as the left side only characteristic and no pain when urinating.

There are a LOT of other conditions that can be described by what you're telling me. Do you have any other issues that go along with it? Does the pain go away after urination? Does the pain go away after anything else (eating/drinking/moving around/etc)?

Basically is there any other connection between the pain and something else (either symptom or cause)?

What's a good probiotic to take? It would be in addition to your immunity boosting guide.

Before I give you a diet, what body fat % are you at right now? I'm assuming your primary goal is to bulk and gain muscle without caring much about marginal fat gain as well?

Yes i would like to gain muscle and get bigger without TO much fat
so i wouldn't mind if i gained 10-15 pounds of fat while gaining muscle
edit:

Also do you have any medical conditions/allergies or foods you DO NOT eat?

Hey Raynor,

I've been having pain in my lower right abdominal area when urinating, just right of the belly button, pretty well right where you put a bodyfat caliper.
Afterwords, for about 15-20 seconds the area feels tight like I just got a good workout in the area. It only ever happens when I urinate and not very often either, maybe once a day or once every 2 days.
I'm hoping to god it isn't anything with my appendix..I'm terrified of hospitals...

Thanks.

Edit: It's a stabbing pain.

Train abs TWICE a week for about 20 sets each time, remember high weight lower reps. Burn them out!

Also keep losing body fat. Lower your calories by around 300-400 per day (mostly from carbs and fat) and go from there.

Good luck!

Quick question.

Should I be doing cardio at all or just eating 300-400 calories less and doing weighted abs?

If your primary concern is your arms not appearing thick enough when resting there are a few reasons for this.

1. Overall arm size is 2/3 triceps and 1/3 biceps. Increase tricep size (especially the outer head) and you will get a larger appearance
2. Increase the pump in the arms - to do this, wrap up your workouts with a quick 2 failure sets of really slow curls and really slow cable pulldowns (on non-arms days) to force the blood pump to the muscle to fill them out. That plus the PWO carb surge will work wonders in the overall size and appearance of the arms.

Like anything else, having the "ideal" physique takes time and effort to achieve

edit:

I forgot to mention, you do have a pretty good physique from the pic you posted. Keep up the good work!

Thanks

What's your take on avanvar?

I did a lot of research and and it doesn't seem to have any side effects or danger that the harder steroids do like liver damage.

Thanks

Dear Raynor,

I wanted to know your stance on weight gainers. Recently I have been looking into them but there are so many ones to choose from. Maybe you can recommend a few good ones? If any at all. I know many of them make you gain too much fat which is exactly what I don't want. I'm trying to increase my mass.

Thanks again.
