feeling weak and depleted, had a couple mini coke zeros today, and 2 hardboiled eggs..
plus a meal of fish.

maybe a total of 8 carbs so far... which is supposed to be 0 LOL but im going to try and keep it under 25g for the day.
which is hard as fuck for me.

37 minutes of HIIT today (50 yesterday) 1100 cals (rough guideline of course) on the stepper.
ill smash chest, hit up another 15-20 hopefully of steady state cardio.

197 after cardio today, probably 197.5 or so before.
hoping for 196 or 195 tomorrow if i manage to stay on pace with diet.

thanks man.

talked to coach, basically just need to deplete the glycogen as much as possible
starve my body from carbs, and glycogen, so its ubber sensitive to it.

i have basically 6-7 days to do so, probably wednesday will be my last day of training so maybe only 6 including today.
the more sensitive i am, and dryer i am, the better ill respond.

so thats the MAIN goal.
im also waterloading now too.

dont forget aspertame changes how you metabolise food.

wont affect me.
im on too much of a deficit and gear to make it a difference.
im depleting my storages fasted, and have zero for my pm workout/cardio

im use to eating 500-800 grams of carbs a day.
to eating zero.

ill be fine
ill cut artificial out probably monday.

i'm not even going to post a 4kx4k pix image of a sundae now.

gz, keep them carbs down, and hf with the rest :) looking fwd to results etc. hoping for video highlights of comp.
