plus a meal of fish.
maybe a total of 8 carbs so far... which is supposed to be 0 LOL but im going to try and keep it under 25g for the day.
which is hard as fuck for me.
37 minutes of HIIT today (50 yesterday) 1100 cals (rough guideline of course) on the stepper.
ill smash chest, hit up another 15-20 hopefully of steady state cardio.
197 after cardio today, probably 197.5 or so before.
hoping for 196 or 195 tomorrow if i manage to stay on pace with diet.
